It's difficult to find a caique food that's actually specialized for caiques, so you may need to use a blend of seed food and pellet food to strike a balance your caique finds appetizing. Commercial small parrot blends will provide the nutritional balance needed in caique food, but keep in mind that caiques are attracted to bright colors and sweet tastes. Caiques will love regular
fruit, vegetable and
cooked treats.
