A single cockatiel needs about 20" x 20" x 26" to be comfortable, but we recommend giving them a little more space than that - scroll down to see our larger cockatiel cages, good for one or several birds. Cockatiel cages with horizontal bars are ideal for climbing and exercise - a
ladder or
rope perch will also fill this need. Cockatiels are very sensitive to cooking chemicals and smoke, so keep them away from the kitchen, smoking areas & strong odors or drafts.
