A canary cage should be wider than it is tall - canaries don't climb, they hop and fly. Your canary needs at least 20" of horizontal space - but more space is better, especially with more birds.
Flight cages make excellent canary cages or aviaries, and are a beautiful, lively centerpiece in your living room - we highly recommend providing one to your canaries.
