Some birds like to bathe in a dish, others like the shower (see our
bird shower perches!) and some like to be spritzed with a spray bottle. Experiment with bird bath methods to see what yours prefers. Be careful while your bird is drying to keep her warm - bathe on warm days, dry her in a draft-free room under warm
lights, or help out with gentle toweling. Change bird bath water often. Bird bath spray can also aid in proper grooming, but frequent bathing with water is the best way to maintain beautiful, healthy feathers!
